Digital signature key Update and Validation

Overview
Digital signature key validation has been implemented in the AP Seva portal for all the approvers of citizen services. The validation is done based on the serial number entered in the Profile update module of AP Seva.

Steps to follow:
Kindly use the following steps to update the Digital signature serial number in the AP Seva portal.
1) Open the Digital sign key manager on the computer as shown below. Check the serial number field and the serial number entered in AP Seva


2) Open the Profile update module in AP Seva to update the serial number accordingly. After updating the Digital Signature Serial No. click on update and the changes in profile will be sent to the next level for approval. Make sure that the serial number shown in the Token Manager is entered correctly in the profile update section.
3) The changes in profile will be verified in the in the approver’s login and after approval the digital signature key can be used for approval of services.
